Frequently asked
I'm looking to get prescription lenses in my frame, how do I do that?
Email us directly at info@friendsinsight.ca with your current prescription so we can best assist.
What kind of prescription lenses do you use?
We use premium prescription Zeiss lenses with all the best coatings - Anti-Reflective, Anti-Scratch, UV, Hydrophobic/Oleophobic coatings (easier to clean). The prescription lenses and frames both come with a 2-year warranty.
Can you tell me more about the brands?
We don’t believe in mass-produced fashion. Instead, we curate a selection of independent eyewear that you won’t find at a big-box store.
We look for designers who share our values: people who prioritize sculptural design, premium materials like Italian acetate and surgical-grade titanium, and an uncompromising commitment to fit.
Whether you're looking for a bold statement or a quiet classic, our collections are chosen for their character, not their brand name.
